What is Checkin Bay?
Checkin Bay is a platform that empowers businesses to offer online check-in services to their customers. It streamlines the customer experience by reducing wait times and improving service efficiency. With Checkin Bay, you can create organizations, manage queues, define services and resources, and easily integrate check-in forms into your website or app.
Registration and Login
At CheckinBay, we prioritize security and user convenience. We use a passwordless login system. When you visit admin.checkinbay.com for the first time, you'll be prompted to enter your email address. After submitting, you'll receive an email with a sign-in link. Simply click the link to log in—no passwords required. This flow applies to both new and returning users who are not currently logged in.
Onboarding
Upon your first login, you'll be presented with onboarding screens. You can enter your name, and also create an organization and queues to get started immediately. You can choose to skip these steps and set them up later if you prefer.
