Adding a Service
A service represents what your business offers to the customers. You can create the services at the same time as you create the queue. Creating a service is as simple as entering
- Name for the service
- Duration in minutes, is how long it takes to provide that service
Multiple Services
Multiple services can be added to a queue. When multiple services are added, customers will be provided with all the services to select from during check in. You can also configure to let users to select one or multiple services in a single check in.
- One service in queue When there is only one service linked to the queue, customers can just enter their name and phone number to check in
- Multiple services in queue, single service selection When there are multiple services linked to the queue, and multiple service selection is not enabled, customers can select one of these services, and enter their name and phone number to check in
- Multiple services in queue, multiple service selection When there are multiple services linked to the queue, and multiple service selection is enabled, customers can select one or more of these services, and enter their name and phone number to check in
