Configure your personal account information, including your name and country settings.
Profile Information
Name
Your display name appears throughout the admin interface and in system-generated communications.
Country
Your country setting is important for customer check-in validation and SMS functionality.
How Country Setting Works:
- Phone Number Validation: Customer phone numbers are validated using your selected country's format
- SMS Delivery: Ensures proper formatting for SMS notifications
- Default for New Queues: All new queues inherit this country setting
Choose the country where your queues are located, as this affects phone number validation for all customer check-ins.
Updating Your Profile
- Navigate to your Profile page from the account menu
- Update your name or country as needed
- Click "Save" to apply changes
Changes take effect immediately for new customer check-ins.
