Account Profile

Configure your personal account information, including your name and country settings.


Profile Information

Name

Your display name appears throughout the admin interface and in system-generated communications.

Country

Your country setting is important for customer check-in validation and SMS functionality.

How Country Setting Works:

  • Phone Number Validation: Customer phone numbers are validated using your selected country's format
  • SMS Delivery: Ensures proper formatting for SMS notifications
  • Default for New Queues: All new queues inherit this country setting

Choose the country where your queues are located, as this affects phone number validation for all customer check-ins.


Updating Your Profile

  1. Navigate to your Profile page from the account menu
  2. Update your name or country as needed
  3. Click "Save" to apply changes

Changes take effect immediately for new customer check-ins.
