Manage Check-ins

Manage a queue's check-ins from its Check-ins page. The Check-ins page has two tabs, Queued and Served.


Queued

Queued tab will list the currently checked-in customers who are waiting in the virtual line. When a new check-in is created, it automatically shows in this tab.

The checked-in customer's details including name, phone number and the services they have requested for will be displayed. In addition, the current esimated wait time for those customers is also shown.

When ready to attend to the customer, mark the customer's check-in as Served. You can also Cancel a check-in if the customer cancels or doesn't show up. Cancellations help free up capacity for new check-ins.


Served

Served tab will show the list of customers currently being attended to. When you mark a check-in as served from the Queued tab, the check-in is moved over to the Served tab.

The Served tab will display all the same information as shown in the Queued tab, except instead of Waiting Time, a Remaining Time that shows how much time is left to finish serving the customer is displayed. This is based on the Services customer has selected and duration configured against that service during queue setup.

When Remaining Time reaches 0, the check-in will be automatically considered as Completed. You can also choose to mark a check-in as completed before this. Or alternatively, you can also choose to put the check-in back in the queue.
